With this monthly shelf sitter set subscription you receive one set per month. (Try to say that three times in a row)
Details:
- Lock in the monthly price for 12 months. (Shipping and tax are additional. Local pickup also available & currently only available to US mailing addresses)
- Ability to opt out each month.
- Additional sets can be purchased at a discounted rate ($22.99) per month if purchasing additional sets in one month. Use code "$2OFFMONTHLYSUBMEMB" for extra kits.
- Shelf sitter kits will be mailed out on or by the 15th of each month.
- Subscriptions need to be purchased by the 25th of the previous month to be include in the current month's plan. For example, January subscriptions ship by the 15th and need to be paid by December 25th. If you pay 1-25th day your kit will ship around the 15th of the next month. If you pay after the 25th your kit will NOT ship until 2 calendar months on the 15th.
- If we need additional information for the month’s shelf sitter kit from you we will be emailing you. Please respond within 24-48 hours so your order is not delayed.
Below is a few common questions we get asking about the kits:
Q: Will I get any kits that I have previously bought?
Q: Will I get to see what it is before looking at it?
A: No, we gave out some theme hints this year but the general feedback has been the subscribers like the surprise.
Q: When will I receive my kit?
A: Kits go out around the 15th of each month. We try to release holidays at least one month before the actual holiday.
Q: I signed up so now how I will be billed?
A: You will receive a notice on the 25th of each month letting you know you will be billed. You can choose to continue or you cancel. It is best to cancel before the 25th so you don’t miss the window.
Q: What else do I need to purchase?
A: If you do not have a wagon you will want to purchase a wagon for the sets to go into. However, we have some customers that use the sets without the wagon too so that is an option.
